This standard was proposed by the National Technical Conference and drafted by Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute. The drafter of this standard is Du Ge.

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and markings for cylinder head nuts and flywheel nuts for internal combustion engines, and covers the nuts (hereinafter referred to as nuts) on flywheel bolts of cylinder heads with a cylinder diameter of less than 200mm.

3.1 The nut shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The nut material shall be 35.40.45 steel specified in GB/T699—1999, 40Cr.35CrM0A, 40MrVB and other alloy steels specified in GB/T3077—1988: Other materials with mechanical properties meeting the requirements of 3.3 of this standard may also be used. 3.3 The nut shall be heat treated and its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the grade specified in GB/T30982-1982 and GB/3098.4-1986. The hardness difference between the nut and the nut is: 35, 4g and 45 steel less than or equal to 5 HRC units: alloy small Ding or equal to 3 HRC single use.
3.4 The thread tolerance zone of the nut shall be 6H as specified in Table 7 of GB/T.197-1981. 3.5 Surface roughness of various parts of the nut:

a) The verticality of the nut support surface to the thread axis shall be grade 10 in Table B3 of GB/T114-1996 b) The symmetry of the hexagonal opposite sides of the nut to the thread axis is grade 2IT12. 3.7 The nut is not allowed to have defects such as burrs, cracks, scars and rust. 3.8 The surface of the nut shall be oxidized or treated with anti-rust. Inspection method
.1 Stress test in accordance with GB/T3098.2 and GB/T3098.4 4.2 Hardness test in accordance with GB/T30982 and GB/T3098.4 4.3 The verticality test of the nut bearing surface to the medium-grained shaft can be carried out on a special tool. 4.4 The surface roughness is measured by comparison method or other methods. The inspection is short.
5. The product can only be shipped after passing the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 5.2 When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T90. 6 Marking and packaging
Marking and packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB90.
