Revision of Noise Limits for Straight Double Disc Mopping Presses. This sample standard is basically consistent with the technical content of ZBJ62006.11-89 "Forging Machinery Noise Limit Standard" and has only been re-edited in accordance with relevant regulations. This standard will be implemented from January 1, 2000. This standard replaces ZBJ62006.11-89 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is an appendix to the standard.
This standard is proposed and centralized by the National Forging Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The unit responsible for drafting this standard: Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Xu Guangwang, Sun Hongliang, and Bai Sujun. This standard was first published in March 1989.

Any new or improved design Trial prototypes, small batch trial production of new products, or the first batch of double-disc A1
friction press products produced after changes in processes and materials, as well as double-disc friction press products for quality grade assessment and performance testing , the noise sound pressure level should be measured and it is recommended to measure the noise sound power level.
A2 For normal batch-produced double-disc friction press products, only the noise sound pressure level can be measured during factory inspection. 2
