The rapid descent speed test of the crane can be carried out after the load test of the complete crane. Under 1.0G, under load condition, rapid descent 3 times with an interval of more than 10 minutes each time, and the average value is the rapid descent speed. For the swing motor solution, when there is a light load rapid descent test requirement, the light load rapid descent test load is (1/5~1/3)G. 5.2 Emergency opening test of the brake of Pinghuo hoisting mechanism. The emergency opening test can be carried out when the crane is no-load. Start the emergency opening mechanism, open its brake, and check the flexibility and reliability of the action.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Factory Inspection
6.1.1 Each crane should undergo factory inspection, and the inspection content includes all items except Chapter 5 of this standard. 6.1.2 The crane should be pre-assembled at the manufacturer, and the scope of pre-assembly should be as far as possible to the extent that each mechanism can be powered on for dry operation testing. 6.1.3 Only after passing the factory inspection can the inspection department of the manufacturer conduct acceptance and issue a product certificate of conformity to the user. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Cranes should generally undergo type inspection after installation at the user's site. The inspection is carried out jointly by the manufacturer and the user (or with the quality supervision department). The user will only accept the product after passing the inspection. 6.2.2 The main content of type inspection is to add the test content specified in Chapter 5 on the basis of factory inspection.
