This standard specifies the packaging, marking, storage, transportation and inspection rules for industrial liquid chlorinated methane products. This standard is applicable to the packaging, marking, storage, transportation and inspection of industrial dichloromethane, industrial chloromethane and industrial carbon tetrachloride. 2 Reference standards

3 Packaging and marking
3-1 Liquid methyl chloride products should be sealed and packaged in dry, clean galvanized iron drums, iron drums with protective layers or busy troughs (tank trucks). The net annual weight of each iron drum is 100±0.3kg, 150±0.4kg, 200±0.5kg and 250t: 0.5kg. 3.2 The loading capacity of galvanized iron drums, iron drums with anti-expansion layers or these troughs (tank trucks) should be considered based on the total volume of the drums or these troughs and the allowable temperature of the liquid methyl chloride products during transportation and the volume expansion caused by other changes in temperature. 3.3 Clear markings should be printed on the packaging container, including: trademark, product name, standard number, manufacturer name, net weight and words such as "Handle with care", "Heat-resistant", "Avoid" and "Hazardous product". The "Packaging Storage and Transportation Pictorial Marking" shall be implemented in accordance with the national standard GB191. 4 Storage and transportation of products
4.1 Liquid methyl chloride products should be stored in a dry, ventilated place away from the sun and rain. 4.2 The storage of liquid methyl chloride products shall comply with the relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China on the storage and transportation of dangerous goods by railways, roads and waterways.
4.3 Liquid methyl chloride The products should not be hit during transportation and loading and unloading, and should be handled with care to avoid damaging the packaging container and causing product leakage. 4.4 Industrial dichloromethane and industrial trifluoromethane are unstable products. The guaranteed storage period of the products stabilized by adding stabilizers is three months from the date of shipment.
The guaranteed storage period of industrial carbon tetrafluoride is three months from the date of shipment. 1. The stabilizer of industrial dichloromethane is methanol. 5 Inspection Rules

5.1 The quality inspection department of the production of liquid methyl chloride products shall inspect the products according to the technical requirements and inspection methods currently specified for such liquid methyl chloride products to ensure that the quality of the products shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of the standards. Each batch of products shipped out of the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, including: manufacturer name, product grade, standard number and production date. 5.2 If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the standard requirements, samples shall be taken from twice the number of packaging barrels or fine cars of the batch of products for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator in the re-inspection results does not meet the standard requirements, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.3 The user has the right to inspect whether the received liquid methyl chloride products meet the requirements within the warranty period in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.4 Sampling method: in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GR6680. The number and quantity of samples shall be in accordance with Article 6.6 of GB6678. The collected liquid methyl chloride samples shall be divided into two parts, one for inspection and one for storage for future reference. 5.5 GB1250\rounded value comparison method" shall be used for judgment when implementing this standard.
