Summary:

This standard has made the following important modifications to the technical conditions of GB139.2—88 pressure reducing bottle digger: 1. The revised standard only stipulates the index values of qualified products for the air flow loss of hydraulic system, cleanliness of pressure oil, sealing performance of the whole machine, reliability of the whole machine, micro oil consumption rate and noise of the driver, and cancels the index values of top-grade products and first-class products in the original standard. The table 4 of the original standard is also cancelled:

The service life inspection item 5.1.2 of the original standard is cancelled, and the item a is placed in the type inspection item, while the reliability inspection is stipulated in the revised standard 3.3.9. The original standard 5.1.1 factory inspection items and the range capability are also merged into the type inspection items. 3. This standard adjusts the index values of these items in the original standard according to the actual situation. 4. The new standard divides the factory inspection and type inspection items into important inspection items, important inspection items and special inspection items according to their importance, and makes corresponding changes to the judgment rules in 5.3 of the standard. 3 Requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The excavator shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed order. 3.1.2 The basic parameters shall comply with the provisions of GB9136.1, 3.1.3 The performance system shall comply with the provisions of H5766. 3.1.4 The dimensions of the reference parts shall comply with the provisions of ZB186011 3.1.5 All components and parts shall be inspected and confirmed to be suitable for installation after confirmation: Purchased parts shall have qualification certificates and be manufactured! It can be tested by extraction and can be assembled only after it is confirmed to be qualified. 3-2 Environmental conditions

3.2.1 The excavator should be able to work normally in an ambient temperature of -15~+40°C. If there are special requirements, the two parties can make provisions in the agreement.
3.2.2 The shovel working device of the excavator should be able to work normally in an environmental temperature of -15~+40°C. The backhoe working device of the excavator should be able to work normally in the range of 1000 to 2000 m.
3.3. Use of energy-saving energy

3 Requirements
