3 Saw blades for testing
Hardened round discs with high quality and high quality 3.1 The bottom of the saw blades shall comply with the provisions of JAT14388. 3.2 The sampling of saw blades shall be carried out according to the provisions of JAT51147. Two pieces are selected from the sample. 3.3 The test specimens (representative) are recommended to use 315×3.2×30 yuan 4 test pieces
4.1 The test pieces are selected in accordance with the provisions of BT4897. 4.2 The thickness of the test pieces is: mm; 13mm.
5: Testing machine tools and inspection fixtures
5. The machine tools used for the test shall comply with the relevant accuracy standards. 5.2 After the saw blade is installed on the misaligned axis, the increase in its end runout and radial runout shall not be greater than 0 1mml. 5.3 According to the provisions of the cutting table, the test pick-up and the radial runout of the joint bottom are approved by the original machinery industry on 1999-05-14. The first micrometer is more than the reading of the micro-mirror. The cutting specification test is implemented in the cutting specification of the dial table 2. 7.1 Before the test, or the test piece is numbered, a comprehensive test is conducted. 7.2 Check whether the test piece meets the requirements specified in GB/T4897. 7.3 Check whether the accuracy and performance of the test machine meet the standard requirements.
7.4 When conducting a longitudinal cutting test according to the cutting specifications specified in Table 2, stop the machine to check the grinding and polishing of the misaligned teeth every 1000m of cutting. After three times, stop the machine to check every 500m of cutting. When conducting a transverse cutting test, stop the machine to check every 500m of cutting. 7.5 All test data are in accordance with Appendix A ( The requirements of the standard are detailed in the following supplementary information and the test stop conditions. During the cutting process, the test should be stopped when one of the following situations occurs: a) The quality of the test piece's surface does not meet the requirements of the corresponding machine tool's working accuracy: b) The average value of the scratches after grinding reaches 0.5mm [VB value measurement method Appendix (Standard Appendix)]: c) There are defects such as a tooth friction force of more than 1.5mm or a few wrinkles on the disc that affect the performance: serious noise occurs or the scratching cannot be stopped. 9 Durability index
When the average value of the increase or decrease after firing reaches 1.5mm, the durability index should comply with the requirements of Table 3.
