Note 1: The climatological normal is updated every 10 years. The variables in 2000 and before use the average of 1961-1990 as their climatological average, the variables between 2001 and 2010 use the average of 1971-2000 as their climatological average, the variables between 2011 and 2020 use the average of 1981-2010 as their climatological average, and so on.

The single station summer average temperature anomaly (△T) is the single station cool summer index. The single station cool summer index is less than or equal to the single station cool summer threshold value. The single station cool summer is divided into two levels: single station strong cool summer (single station cold summer) and single station weak cool summer. The method for determining the single station cool summer threshold value is shown in Appendix A. The single station cool summer level division and index range are shown in Table 1, and the calculation method of △T and c (standard deviation) in Table 1 is shown in Appendix A.
