2.4 Determination of moisture content: According to the provisions of Article 2 of GB2386-80 "Determination of moisture content in dyes and dye intermediates", but the drying temperature is stipulated to be 100-105℃.
2.5 Determination of fineness: According to the provisions of GB2383-80 "Determination of sieve fineness of dyes". The specification of the standard sieve used is 80 mesh/inch.
3 Inspection rules
3.1 Direct copper salt blue 2R should be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all direct copper salt blue 2R shipped from the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of direct copper salt blue 2R shipped from the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 3.2 The user has the right to verify the direct copper salt blue 2R received in accordance with the provisions of this standard to verify whether it meets the requirements of this standard. wwW.bzxz.Net
3.3 Sampling method
3.3.1 Select 10% of the barrels from each batch (one batch is uniform products) for sampling. The number of barrels for sampling small batches shall not be less than 3 barrels. Dust and impurities on the barrel cover must be carefully removed, and impurities should not fall into the product when the cover is opened. 3.3.2 Use a probe to take samples from the upper, middle and lower parts of the opened barrel, and take a 10-15 cm high sample from the lower end of the probe each time.
3.3.3 After carefully mixing the sample, take about 200 grams of the sample and divide it into two clean, dry, brown wide-mouth bottles with ground stoppers, and seal them with paraffin. Stick labels on the bottles, indicating: manufacturer name, product name, batch number and sampling date. The wide-mouth bottles must be sealed, one bottle is handed over to the inspection department for inspection at the time, and the other bottle is kept for reference. 3.3.4 If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, a sample should be selected from the double amount of packaging for re-testing. If only one indicator in the re-test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of direct copper salt blue 2R cannot be accepted. 3.3.5 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and need arbitration, the arbitration institution can be selected by both parties by agreement. During arbitration, arbitration analysis shall be conducted in accordance with the inspection methods specified in this standard. 4 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
4.1 Direct copper salt blue 2R is packed in iron barrels and sealed. The weight of each barrel is 25 kg or 50 kg. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user.
4.2 The packaging container should be painted with a firm mark, which includes: manufacturer name, trademark, product name, production date, batch number, net weight, "qualified" and this standard number. 4.3 The dye should be stored in a dry and ventilated place and avoid sunlight; it should be handled with care to prevent heat and moisture. Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Changzhou Dye Factory. This standard was first issued in 1979.
