Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test and inspection rules for box cranes. JB/T 7688.4--95
This standard is mainly applicable to cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) that use box hangers to hang, transport and dump boxes for charging converters.
2 Reference Standards

Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental Conditions
The minimum working environment temperature of the crane is -10°C and the maximum is not more than 105°C. 3.2 Performance in use
3.2.1 The rated lifting capacity of the crane is the sum of the mass of the material box and the lifted objects. 3.2.2 Two sets of lifting mechanisms, one of which can be used to dump the material box. 3.3 Main components
The sling adopts plate hooks and should meet the following requirements: 3.3.1
The material of the hook piece should not be lower than Q235-C steel, or 16Mn steel; the rolling direction of the hook piece material should be consistent with the length direction of the hook; if it is a multi-piece hook, the hook pieces should be in close contact after stacking (the gap should not be greater than 0.8m), and each piece should not be loose after tightening; the hook mouth should be equipped with an anti-wear protection saddle, and the maximum allowable value of its surface roughness Ra is 25μm. 3.3.2 A closed driver's cab should be used, and it should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14407. 3.4 Assembly
The installation deviation of the sheet hook shall comply with the following provisions: The limit deviation of hook distance L is shown in Table 1:

The working surface of the hook mouth shall be kept horizontal, and the height difference of each set of working surfaces after installation shall not be greater than L/400. b.
3.5 Safety and sanitation

4 Tests

4.1 Visual inspection of cranes According to Article 4.1 of JB/T7688.1 4.2 Qualification test
During the test, the load should be gradually loaded to the rated lifting weight, and the action test and test in all directions should be carried out under the standard voltage and rated speed of the motor. In addition to verifying the contents specified in Article 4.2 of JB/T7688.1, the dumping and lifting of the material box should also be verified, and its action should be flexible and reliable. 4.3 Carrying capacity test
4.3.1 Static load test
According to Article 4.3.1 of JB/T7688.1.
4.3.2 Dynamic load test
