Solvent oil (including NY-120, NY-190, NY-260) GB1922
8 Inspection rules for rust prevention quality
Light diesel oil (including 10, 0, -10, -20, -35) GB252
8.1 Products must be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after meeting all technical requirements for rust prevention. 8.2 If the product has been treated with rust prevention and sealed for more than 1.5 years, the manufacturer's quality inspection department shall conduct random inspections on its rust prevention before shipment. If the oil layer is found to be emulsified, deteriorated, detached, cracked, lost, or exposed on the surface, and if the sealed packaging of the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is leaking, the rust prevention must be re-treated.
8.3 Rust grade
If the product rusts during storage and transportation, it can be graded and identified according to the rust grade in Table 5. Table 5 Rust grade
Maintain the original metallic luster
Rust rate
JB/T3576-1999
The metallic luster disappears and becomes gray
Steel parts have light yellow or light red (white for magnesium alloys, green or dark red for copper) and fine powdery rust
Steel parts show yellow or reddish brown patches with powdery rust edgesSteel parts show brown, flaky rust layers or raised rust spotsNote: If either the degree of rust or the rate of rust exceeds the target, the rust level will be reduced by one level8.4 Acceptance criteria for product anti-rust quality
>5%~15%
8.4.1 During product acceptance, within three months after delivery and within the product’s anti-rust liability period, users may propose product anti-rust quality requirements to the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of Table 6.
Table 6 Anti-rust quality classification and applicable scope
Rust level
Surface roughness and working condition
Surface roughness R. value is greater than 0.8um
Surface with relative motion and partially smooth non-machined surface, surface roughness R value is 3.2~1.6um
Mating surface without relative motion: surface roughness R value is 3.2-46um General non-machined surface, general welding surface: surface roughness R value is less than 6.3μm
Note: For elongated holes less than 10, the rust level in the table is reduced by one level. Scope of application
Piston, spiral rod, ratchet, inner surface of cylinder and core parts of machine, rolling bearing, etc.
Spline, thread, etc.
Coupling, flange, etc.
General contact surface, random tools, accessories, etc., some parts of Class C products that do not affect the performance of use 8.4.2 Products are qualified after inspection if they do not exceed the requirements of Table 6 and do not directly affect the performance, accuracy and use of the product. 8.4.3 Products should be inspected immediately after unsealing, and should be reprocessed and packaged as soon as possible according to the relevant provisions of pre-treatment, rust prevention and packaging to prevent rust.
