This standard is formulated to guide the scientific, reasonable and safe use of pesticides, effectively prevent and control crop diseases, insects and weeds, prevent the pesticide residues in agricultural products from exceeding the prescribed limit standards, protect the environment and safeguard human health. This standard is revised from the "Guidelines for the Rational Use of Pesticides" (I) (GB8321.1-1987), and is written in accordance with the format of the "Guidelines for the Rational Use of Pesticides" (V) (GB/T8321.5-1997), in accordance with the MRL values ​​stipulated by my country and FAO/WHO, and in accordance with the application amount and application method in the 1999 "Pesticide Registration Notice". This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. 3.1 When preventing and controlling crop diseases, insects and weeds, the principle of "prevention first, comprehensive prevention and control" should be implemented conscientiously, and various effective non-chemical prevention and control methods should be actively adopted; when using chemical pesticides, local areas should adapt to local conditions and use them flexibly, but they should not exceed the application amount (concentration) and the maximum number of times specified in this standard; it is recommended that different types of pesticides be used alternately. 3.2 Relevant departments in various places should do a good job in publicity and education, popularize scientific, rational and safe use of pesticides, and improve the quality of pesticide applicators.
