Compared with HG/T2972-1988, this standard has been modified in terms of text, but the technical content has not been changed. This standard will replace HG/T2972-1988 from the date of implementation. This standard is issued by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Chemical Standardization Technical Committee Organic Subcommittee. The main drafting unit of this standard is Zhejiang Jiangshan Chemical Plant. The main authors of this standard are Lu Xiaofang, Chen Ganhua and Liu Xia. This standard was first issued as a national standard in 1988, and was revised as a recommended chemical industry standard in 2017 and revised again. This standard is entrusted to the Organic Subcommittee of the Chemical Standardization Technical Committee of the People's Republic of China for interpretation. The standard is the Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China. Industrial 40% Monomethylamine Aqueous Solution Solution of doympnomethylamine for Industrial Use JIG/T2972-1999. This standard specifies the requirements, samples, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 40% monomethylamine prepared from doympnomethylamine. This standard is applicable to 40% monomethylamine prepared from doympnomethylamine by gas phase catalytic hydrogenation. Molecular formula: CH, NH. Relative molecular mass: 31.06 (International relative atomic mass in 1995). 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards are the provisions of this standard through reference in the relevant standards. 3.1 External use: colorless, short transparent body. 3.2 The quality requirements of industrial 40% formic acid aqueous solution shall be as follows: Table 1 3.3 Quality requirements of industrial 40% formic acid aqueous solution, including 2% NH2, 1% amine, CH3Cl2, etc. 4.1 The quality requirements of industrial 40% formic acid aqueous solution shall be as follows: 43, 132, etc. 4.11 The production of industrial 5% formic acid aqueous solution shall be sampled by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 4.2 The products with quality and acceptable number are sampled as a batch. 4.3 Sampling capacity: According to the relevant provisions of B/T6678 and GB/15680, the sampling unit number is in accordance with GB/667R85, approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry on June 15, 1999, and implemented on June 1, 2001. HG/T29721999, Table 2 stipulates that each car can be regarded as a batch, and sampling is carried out according to 2.3 of GB/T68C-85. The total amount of the sample shall not be less than 50mL. The samples shall be placed in two clean, dry and sealed containers. In a narrow-mouth bottle, the bottle is labeled and marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and name of the person who took the sample. One bottle is used for analysis and inspection, and one bottle is kept for two months for reference. 4.4 Users should test the monomethylamine aqueous solution product within 10 days from the receipt of the product in accordance with the requirements, sampling list and test methods specified in this standard:
4.5 The judgment of the test results shall be carried out according to the rounded value comparison method of G/T1251. If a certain item on the back label in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the packaging unit of the same quantity shall be re-tested. If only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products shall be unqualified.
5 Test method
According to HG2371.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging container should have obvious signs, including: manufacturer name, factory certificate, product name, trademark, production date or batch number, full content, standard number and the mark of "flammable liquids and flammable products" in GB190: 6.2 Each batch of products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate. The content includes, manufacturer name, production date, grade, batch number, net content, wooden mark number,
6.3 The product can be loaded into a car barrel. The car and barrel must be clean and the packaging steel should be in accordance with GB/T225 acceptance; after filling, the barrel should be tightly sealed to prevent leakage.
6.4 Formic acid is extremely important. The steel grid containing this product shall not be stored in the open air. It should be stored in a dry place, away from wind, fire sources and dangerous goods warehouse to avoid high noise:
6.5 The transportation of this product should be carried out in accordance with the railway emergency goods transportation management rules and other relevant regulations on the transportation of dangerous goods. Production safety
7.1 This product is easy to handle. Avoid high temperature and contact with open flames. 7.2 This product is noisy and reversible. Avoid contact with the skin during use. 7.3 The product should be stored separately from acid chemicals and oxidant chemicals. 12
