3 Materials, heat treatment, technical conditions, structural types and specifications of springs3.1 Material: 65MnGB 1222.
3.2 Heat treatment: hardness HRC44~50.
3.3 Technical conditions shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12446. 3.4 Structural types and specifications are shown in the figure and table.
3.5 Marking example:
Cylindrical helical compression spring with steel wire diameter d = 1.6mm, median diameter D, = 22mm, length H. = 72mm: Spring 1.6×22×72GB/T2861.11
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on July 23, 1990, implemented on May 1, 1991
