The order of geometric accuracy test items listed in this standard does not represent the order of actual test. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of test tools and test, the test can be carried out in any order. 1 General requirements
1.1 When using this standard, refer to JB2670-82 "General Rules for Precision Test of Metal Cutting Machine Tools", especially the installation before precision test, the idling temperature rise of the spindle and other components, the test method and the accuracy of the test tool. 1.2 Before the machine tool precision test, the installation level of the machine tool must be adjusted first. The adjustment method and the specific requirements to be achieved shall be specified by the manufacturer and described in the machine tool manual.
1.3 When inspecting the working accuracy, the test piece shall be inspected after fine grinding. 1. When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted according to the length that can be measured according to the provisions of Item 2.3.1.1 of IB2670. When the conversion result is less than 0.001mm, it shall still be calculated as 0.001mm. 1.5 When inspecting the machine tool, the inspection items can be increased or decreased according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
