This standard is a revision of JB3688.2-86 "Technical specifications for wheel loaders". Compared with JB3688.2-86, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: it clearly stipulates the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods and criteria for the driver's field of vision; it clearly stipulates the technical requirements for common parts of loaders: the requirements for braking performance directly adopt GB853287 "Performance requirements and test methods for tire-type earth-moving machinery brake systems";
- The paint color requirements for the appearance of loaders have been deleted; according to the principle of verifiability, only technical guarantee conditions are stipulated in the standard, and the manufacturer's guarantee cannot replace the technical requirements, so the manufacturer's guarantee commitment has been deleted;- In order to coordinate with the current standards such as the loader reliability test method, Appendix A in the original standard has been deleted. This standard will replace JB3688.2-86 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Engineering Machinery Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
