This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of pond glass manhole with balancer. This standard is applicable to pond glass containers with nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, medium overflow higher than -20C and lower than or equal to 200℃
This standard is generally used for pond glass containers that are frequently opened and can be used as inlet and outlet holes or inspection holes for installation and maintenance. 2 Reference standards

4.1 Manhole covers and protective rings shall be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard and ZBG94004. 4.2 The gasket shall comply with HG/T2050, and the gasket material shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of the glass equipment. 4.3 The clips and hooks shall comply with HG/T2054.4.4 After the manhole with balancer is assembled, it should be easy and flexible to open, and the hole cover can stop at any position within the range of 0°～105°. 4.5 The manhole with balancer shall be tested for water pressure and air tightness together with the pond glass equipment, and the test pressure and air tightness requirements shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of the pond glass equipment.
Packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
5.1 The exposed pond glass surface shall be wrapped with soft objects, and the packaging shall be firmly fixed. 5.2 Collisions must be avoided during handling and transportation, and the packaging box shall not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instructions. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors and should not be stored or piled in the open air.
