This standard specifies the quality grade, test method, sampling and evaluation method of rotary injection molding machine for shoes. This standard is applicable to the product quality grading of rotary injection molding machine for shoes (hereinafter referred to as shoe machine) specified in JB/T5289-1991 "Rotary Injection Molding Machine for Shoes".

3 Product Quality Grade
Shoe machine products are divided into three grades: qualified products, first-class products and superior products according to their quality level and use value. In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T5289, the assessment items and index requirements of each grade of shoe machine products shall also comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. 1 The main performance parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The measured injection quality, injection rate and plasticizing capacity shall not be less than 95% of the values ​​in the table. 3.1

The sampled products must be batch products that have passed the inspection of the manufacturer's inspection department and are not unpacked at the user's place or have been put into storage. The sampling samples shall not be less than 2 units. All test items shall be tested and evaluated at one time to determine the product quality grade. The product must meet the technical requirements of all assessment items of the grade. Otherwise, the grade shall be determined according to the lowest indicator achieved. 5.2
