Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Letter Symbols
Function Symbols of Pins
Letter symbols for semiconductor integrated circuitsLetter symbols for function of plinsThis standard specifies the letter symbols for the pin functions of semiconductor integrated circuits (hereinafter referred to as devices). Composition of Pin Function Symbols
The pin function symbols of devices generally consist of two parts: basic symbols, subscript symbols and prefix symbols. 1.1 Basic Symbols
UDC 621.3.049
774: 621.3
GB 3431-2-86
The basic symbol is generally one or more letters, and the international customary letters or abbreviations can be used to indicate the function or role of the pin. For example: power supply terminal V, ground terminal GND, clear terminal CR, clock pulse terminal CP. When "-" is marked above the letter, it means that the low level (or the falling edge of the pulse) is valid. For example: clear terminal with low power, clock pulse terminal CR with falling edge.
1.2 Subscript symbol
Subscript symbol is generally one or more letters or Arabic numerals. Letters indicate the function or role of the terminal, and Arabic numerals indicate the number of terminals with the same function. For example: serial data input terminal Ds, positive trigger input terminal TR+, first bit encoder terminal IN1. 1.3 Prefix symbol
Prefix symbol is generally one Arabic numeral, indicating the same device with the same function. For example: the first trigger of the dual D flip-flop (11).
