4 Normal working conditions
4.1 The ambient temperature around the biscuit machine is 5-40°C. JB/T4414—1999
4.2 The dough should comply with the recipe and flour mixing process of crispy cakes. 4.3 There should be no debris in the dough.
5 Technical Requirements
The biscuit machine should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1
5.2 All purchased parts should comply with national and relevant standards. 5.3 The sanitary conditions of the biscuit machine should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of the "Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China". 5.4 The moving parts of the biscuit machine should have protective covers or corresponding protective measures. 5.5 The insulation resistance is not less than 2MQ. bZxz.net

6.1 Method for measuring the operating noise of biscuit machines
6.1.1 Use a sound level meter to measure the A-weighted sound pressure level dB (A) of each measuring point. 6.1.2 The measuring points should be evenly arranged on the front, rear, left and right sides of the biscuit machine. 6.1.3 The measuring point is 1m away from the outer surface of the biscuit machine and 1.5m above the ground. 6.1.4 Take the maximum noise among the dB(A) values ??of each measuring point as the measurement result. 2
6.2 Measurement method of cleanliness

7.1 Each product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 7.2 Type testing must be conducted on the basis of passing factory inspection. Type testing should generally be conducted when one of the following situations occurs: a) When a new product is being trial-formulated;
b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance: c) During normal production, spot tests should be conducted every 2 years; d) When finalized products that are not frequently produced are produced again after an interval of 3 years or more: e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type testing. 7.3 The type test content shall be comprehensively inspected in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 7.4 If any item in the type test fails, the item should be retested after repair; if the retest still fails, the batch of products will be deemed unqualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 The product nameplate should comply with the regulations of GB/T13306 and be fixed in an obvious position. The content of the nameplate is as follows: a) Name of the manufacturer; ||tt| |b) Product model and name:
c) Factory serial number;
d) Factory date.
8.2 The packaging and the markings on the box surface should comply with the relevant regulations in JB/T8356.1. 8.3 Each product should be accompanied by the following technical documents, packed in a plastic bag and fixed in the box: a) Product Certificate of conformity;
b) Product instruction manual;
c) Packing list.
8.4. Product transportation should comply with the relevant regulations in GB191. 8.5 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, pay attention to prevent rain and corrosion, and avoid being stored together with toxic and corrosive items. JB/T4414-1999

Quality inspection methods after the product leaves the factory
