1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T6882-93
This standard specifies the index selection, fault judgment criteria, sampling regulations, test plan, test procedure and test report of the pump reliability verification test.
This standard is applicable to the test of whether the reliability characteristic value to be checked reaches the reliability specified index value, and is applicable to both laboratory and field reliability test methods.

The test plan of this standard is applicable to reliability verification tests with mean trouble-free working time, mean maintenance life and mean time before failure as reliability characteristics.
3.1 Mean time between failures (MTBF) The mean working time between two adjacent failures during pump operation. For most pump product reliability indicators, the mean time between failures can be selected.11.70, acceptance test, the original product passed the acceptance and was judged to be qualified.
