This standard specifies the main contents of technological information, the collection, processing and management of technological information. This standard applies to technological information work for electromechanical products. 2 Basic requirements

Technological information is an important means to conduct technological research and development and improve the technological level of enterprises. All enterprises should attach importance to and strengthen technological intelligence work.
Main contents of process intelligence
a) Research and use of new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment at home and abroad; b) Relevant new process standards, manuals and atlases; c) Relevant advanced process procedures or specifications; d) Relevant process research reports, papers and innovative achievements: e) Other reference materials and information. 4 Collection of process intelligencebzxZ.net
Process intelligence can be collected by full-time process intelligence personnel and various professionals through the following channels: a) Consulting materials;
b) Conducting research
c) Professional intelligence network;
d) Studying or inspecting abroad, etc.
5 Processing of process intelligence
After the process intelligence is collected, it should be carefully analyzed, sorted, classified and numbered by a dedicated person. The original foreign materials should be translated and reviewed before being classified and numbered. The numbering should be convenient for computer storage and retrieval. 6 Management of process intelligence
6.1 After the process intelligence is processed, it should be sent to the information department for unified registration and storage. When professionals need it, they should retrieve it from the data room according to the prescribed procedures. 6.2 The data room should have a complete storage and borrowing system. 6.3 Enterprises with conditions should use computer management as much as possible. 6.4 In order to give full play to the role of process information data, the data should be continuously updated, and the new data catalog should be regularly reported to the relevant process professional departments.
