1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of carbon steel horizontal hanging cover plate type flat welding flange manhole.
This standard is applicable to horizontal hanging cover plate type flat welding flange manholes with a nominal pressure PN less than or equal to 0.6MPa and a working temperature limited to the range specified in Table 3-2 according to the material category. Note: The working temperature in Table 32 is only applicable to the pressure-bearing parts of the manhole, excluding gaskets. Note: ① The height H1 of the manhole is determined based on the diameter of the container not less than twice the nominal diameter of the manhole: If there are special requirements, changes are allowed, but the changed H and size must be indicated, and the total mass of the manhole must be corrected. ② The nominal true diameter in brackets in the table should not be used as much as possible. 83
Technical Requirements
The technical requirements of the manhole should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 "Technical Conditions" in HG21514.

Nominal pressure PNO.6, nominal diameter DN450, H, a 285, RF using Class I material, where the gasket is made of asbestos rubber sheet, the specified marking symbol is: Manhole I (A G) 450-0.6 HG 21522-95 H1 = 330 (non-standard size) of the above example manhole, the specified marking symbol is: Manhole I (A G) 450-0.6 H330 HG 21522-9585
