specification
The jaw width of the bench vise.
4.2 BacklashbZxz.net
The angle through which the screw rotates to eliminate the transmission gap when the movable vise moves. 4.3 Closing clearance The gap between the clamping surfaces of the two jaws when the bench vise is in the closed state. 4.4 Guide fit clearance The gap between the movable vise and the guide rail of the fixed vise. 4.5 Clamping force
The force generated between the clamping surfaces of the two jaws when the bench vise is clamped. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 The casting of the bench vise should be flat and free of cracks. Porosity, sand holes and other defects on the outer surface that do not affect the performance are allowed to be repaired, but they should not affect the appearance quality.

5.2 The paint film of the bench vise should not have obvious defects such as flow marks, paint leakage and different colors. 5.3 The iron hardness of the jaws should not be less than HRC45.5.4 The bench vise should be flexible to rotate and reliable to lock. 5.5 The movable jaw body moves flexibly within the full stroke, and there should be no local over-tightening. 5.6 The idle rotation amount of the bench vise should comply with the relevant product standards. The jaw closing gap should comply with the relevant product standards. 5.7
5.8 The guide rail clearance of the bench vise should comply with the relevant product standards. The clamping force of the bench vise should comply with the relevant product standards. 5.9
6 Test method
The basic dimensions of the bench vise are inspected with universal measuring tools. 6.2 The appearance quality of the bench vise is inspected by visual inspection. 6.3 The hardness test of the jaw iron shall be carried out on the clamping surface or adjacent side surface in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. If a soft spot appears during the test, a point can be retested within a range of about 5mm around the soft spot. If the point is qualified, it is qualified. 6.4 The flexibility of the bench vise shall be tested by hand feel. 6.5 The idle rotation of the screw of the bench vise shall be tested with a special inspection tool. 6.6 The closure of the jaws shall be tested from the top of the jaws with a feeler gauge in the closed state. 6.7 The guide rail clearance of the bench vise shall be tested with a feeler gauge. If it is limited by the structure and cannot be tested with a feeler gauge, it is allowed to use a general measuring tool to measure the size of the containing part and the contained part, and the difference is the guide rail clearance. 6.8 The clamping force test shall be fixed on the inspection table, and the jaws shall be opened to half of the opening, and then the clamping force tester shall be placed in the middle of the jaw clamping surface and clamped. When the clamping force reaches the rated value, it shall be maintained for 3 minutes. After unloading, the bench vise should not have any phenomenon that affects the use.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 The bench vise shall be inspected and qualified before it can leave the factory. 7.2 The consignee may conduct random inspection on the bench vise according to the provisions of this standard. 7.3 The acceptance inspection shall be carried out according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 7.4 The inspection items, qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) of the acceptance inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
