This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and main dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage, etc. of slider-type universal coupling for straightening machine (hereinafter referred to as coupling). The coupling specified in this standard is mainly applicable to serial plate straightening machine, and also to other mechanical equipment. The rotary diameter is 22~140.mm. 4.1 The coupling shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The material of the pin is alloy structural steel, and its mechanical properties are: a. ≥ 1170 N/mm
bs ≥ 830 N/mm;
c. Ak> 55 J.
4.3 The material of the slider and fork is alloy structural steel, and its mechanical properties are: a. ≥ 900 N/mm;
b.. ≥ 785 N/mm*;
c. Ax ≥ 54 J
4.4 The dimensional tolerance band of the inner and outer splines of the coupling shall comply with the provisions of *General Sliding Assembly Type\ in GB1144. 4.5 The shaft hole type of the coupling shall comply with the provisions of the cylindrical shaft hole (Y type) and the short cylindrical shaft hole without countersunk hole (JI type) in GB3852. The keyway shall comply with the provisions of the flat chain single key (A type). 4.6 After the coupling is assembled, it should rotate flexibly without any jamming. 4.7 The coupling should be centrally lubricated.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The coupling manufacturer shall inspect each item according to the technical requirements and design drawings specified in Chapter 4 of this standard. 5.2 All couplings shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's product quality inspection department and accompanied by a product quality certificate before they can be shipped. 5.3 If the subscriber has other requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer. 6 Marking, packaging, storage
6.1 The coupling should be printed with the model mark in a conspicuous position. 6.2 The coupling certificate should include:

6.3 After cleaning, the coupling should be rust-proofed in accordance with the provisions of GB4879. 6.4 The markings on the outer packaging box of the coupling should comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.5 The coupling should be placed in a dry environment indoors to avoid contact with acids, sulphides, organic solvents and other substances.
