ZBU41003 Technical conditions for manufacturing pressure components of auxiliary boilers for ships ZBU41005 Acceptance of raw materials for auxiliary boilers for ships 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Structure and performance
3.1.1 The basic structure of the boiler is a natural circulation shell boiler. 3.1.2 The fuel oil and exhaust gas parts of the boiler can be operated simultaneously or separately. The combustion procedure and protection of the fuel oil part and the load regulation of the exhaust gas part are controlled by their respective control systems. The water level control and steam pressure protection are controlled by a common control system. 3.1.3 The displacement of the boiler safety valve shall be calculated according to the total evaporation of the fuel oil and exhaust gas parts. 3.1.4 The performance test requirements of the boiler exhaust gas part can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 3.1.5 The form and size of the boiler flue gas inlet and outlet flanges shall be configured according to CB*3114 or CBM1021. 3.1.6 The boiler smoke box shall be sealed to prevent the smoke from overflowing. 3.1.7 The smoke boxes at both ends of the boiler shall be respectively provided with inspection doors for inspection and cleaning. The size of the inspection door shall not be less than the size of the manhole. When the upper smoke box cannot be provided with an inspection door due to structural reasons, a detachable short section of pipe can be installed at the boiler exhaust outlet for inspection and cleaning. 3.1.8 A drain with a diameter of not less than 40mm shall be provided at the lowest point of the lower smoke box of the boiler. The structure at the smoke inlet shall be able to effectively prevent water from entering the exhaust pipes of the main and auxiliary machines.
3.1.9 The base shall meet the requirements of thermal expansion of the boiler, and the base bolt holes shall consider the thermal expansion in both the vertical and horizontal directions. The base flange shall be flat, and the inclination of the flange plane to the base coaming shall generally not exceed 3mm. 3.2 Materials
3.2.1 The materials and welding materials used for the main pressure components of the boiler shall meet the requirements of the design drawings and comply with the standards of relevant materials. 3.2.2 The materials shall be inspected for entry into the factory according to ZBU41005, and only after passing the inspection can they be cut and put into production. China State Shipbuilding Corporation approved on December 19, 1995 and implemented on August 1, 1996
4 Manufacturing requirements
CB/T3751—1995
4.1 The manufacturing shall be carried out according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the classification society. 4.2 The manufacturing of the main pressure components of the boiler shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBU41003. 4.3 The general assembly of the boiler body shall comply with the relevant provisions of CB3348. 4.4 The welding of boiler pressure components shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB11038. 4.5 The paint and insulation packaging of the boiler shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3347. 5 Inspection and test requirements
5.1 The size inspection of the main pressure components of the boiler shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBU41003. 5.2 The general assembly inspection of the boiler body shall comply with the relevant provisions of CB*3348. 5.3 The welding quality inspection of the pressure components of the boiler shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB11038. 5.4 The hydraulic test of the boiler body shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB11037. 5.5 The performance test of the oil-fired unit of the boiler shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14649. The performance test of the exhaust gas part shall be carried out when the ship is sailing, and the test content and requirements can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.6 The quality inspection of the paint and insulation packaging of the boiler shall comply with the relevant provisions of CB'3347.
