Classify according to the basic characteristics and main functions of computer software; a.

This standard adopts a hierarchical code structure, which is divided into three layers. The first layer uses a one-digit code, and the second and third layers both use two-digit codes. The codes with the number 99\ in the second and third layers all represent the containment category. The code is expressed as follows:
