5 . Parents, brothers and sisters are my family members(成员). Grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins are my family members, too.
The parents of my mother and father are my grandparents. My name is Joe Cooper. I have two grandfathers. One is my father’s father. He is John Cooper. The other is my mother’s father. He is Robin Smith. I have two grandmothers. One is my father’s mother. She is Laura Cooper. The other is my mother’s mother. She is Ruth Smith.
Many people don’t know their great-grandparents. Great-grandparents are the parents of their grandparents, I don’t know my great-grandparents well, either.
My mother’s or father’s brothers are my uncles. My mother Rose Cooper has one brother. My father Simon Cooper has two brothers. My mother’s or father’s sisters are my aunts. My mother has one sister, but my father has no sisters. My aunt’s and uncles’ sons or daughters are my cousins.
