This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, dimensions and technical requirements of glass crosses HG/T213791
This standard is applicable to glass crosses with nominal pressure (PN) equal to or less than 0.6MPa and medium temperature between -10℃ and 200℃.

3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 Cast iron glass crosses (type B) connected by slip-on flanges shall be as specified in Figure 1 and Table 1.

、4.1 Material selection, manufacturing, testing and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with ZBG94004 and this standard. 4.2 Manufacturing tolerance and allowable deviation
4.2.1 The materials of B-type and C-type crosses shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB9439 mm
4.2.2 The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the bolt hole on the C-type cross flange and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is 1mm.

4.2.3 The tolerance grade of the un-toleranced dimensions of the machined surface shall comply with the IT14 grade specified in GB1804, and the tolerance grade of the un-toleranced dimensions of the non-machined surface shall comply with the IT16 grade.

4.3 The slip-on flanges for type B crosses shall be selected in accordance with HG/T2105. 125~200
The bolts for flange connection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5780, the nuts shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6170, and the gaskets shall be selected in accordance with relevant standards. 4.4
4.5 The water pressure test pressure and the maximum working pressure at different temperatures shall be selected in accordance with Table 4. Table 4
5 Packaging, transportation and storage

5.1 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.2 Avoid collision during handling and transportation.
5.3 The exposed pond glass surface shall be sealed with soft gaskets and blind plates. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors. Open-air storage or stacking is not allowed. Lianjia said:
