Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Standard RX-220, RX-203 type microwave gas discharge tube SJ2246-82
This standard applies to RX-202, RX--203 type microwave gas discharge tubes (hereinafter referred to as "switch tubes"), which are ten-centimeter-band broadband pre-protection switch tubes and are used in radar equipment with a waveguide system of 72.14mm×34.04mm. www.bzxz.net
This standard is a supplement to the general technical requirements of microwave gas discharge tubes (SJ343-73) (hereinafter referred to as "general technical requirements"). Except for the contents specified in this standard, the other contents shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the general technical requirements. 1 Dimensions
The dimensions of the switch tube shall comply with the provisions of Figure ! 2 Parameter specifications
The parameters of the switch tube shall comply with the provisions of the parameter specification table. Glass and metal sealing test
Take 10 switch tubes (it is allowed to take tubes with some items of the same process that are unqualified, but the total leakage power must be qualified) for a single glass and metal sealing test. First, use 5 tubes for the test. After the test, all the switch tubes are qualified and the test is qualified. The other 5 will not be tested. If one of the five switches fails, another five switches shall be tested. If all switches pass the test, the test is qualified. If two (or more) of the five switches tested first fail, or one (or more) of the five switches fail in the subsequent test, the test is unqualified. A retest is required according to the provisions of the general technical department.
If all the switches pass the test in the first quarter (or three consecutive months), the test will not be conducted again this year. Otherwise, it shall be carried out according to the general technical department.
4 Impact test
The acceleration is 5g, the impact frequency is 50 to 70 times/min, and the impact is 500 times in the vertical and horizontal directions. 5 Amplitude recovery time
The amplitude recovery time is calculated based on the attenuation of the received signal by the switch tube as 3dB. 6 Low temperature test under working state
After maintaining the ambient temperature at -55±2℃ for 30 minutes, the amplitude recovery time is measured with high power.
7 High temperature test under working condition

8 When the output of switch tubes is less than 100 per quarter (or for three consecutive months), routine tests shall be carried out once every six months (or for six consecutive months). The tests shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 17, 18 and 19 of the General Technology (SJ343-73) and Article 3 of this standard.
9 When the output of switches is less than 100 per quarter (or for three consecutive months), life tests shall be carried out once every six months (or for six consecutive months). The tests shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the General Technology (SJ343-73). 10 Life test
10.1 Take 5 switching tubes for life test. 10.2 During the life test, the standard life parameters are tested at 200, 300, 334, 350, 380 and 400 hours respectively.
10.3 See Appendix (Supplement) for the principle diagram of life test.11 Weight
The weight of the switching tube is inspected once a year.
12When RX--202 and RX--203 microwave gas discharge tubes are continuously produced, routine tests and life tests can be carried out on any one tube. The results can be used to replace the other tube. 13When using the switching tube, a soft metal gasket should be added to the connection surface to ensure good contact. 14Article 3, Article 5 (2) and Article 7 (2) of General Technical SJ343-73 are not applicable to this standard.
