GB11606.15--89
This standard specifies the test conditions and test methods for the high-temperature storage test of analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments). This standard is applicable to assessing the adaptability of fully packaged instruments for transportation and storage under high-temperature environmental conditions. 2 High-temperature storage test condition grouping
3 Test conditions
3.1 Requirements for test equipment
3.1.1 The test box (room) shall be able to provide the temperature specified in Chapter 2 of this standard in its working space, with an allowable error of ±2. The instrument shall not be directly radiated by any heating and cooling elements. 3.1.3 The volume of the test box (room) shall be greater than 3 times the volume of the instrument. 4 Test method
Pretreatment
Put the instrument in normal (or reference) environmental conditions to achieve temperature equilibrium. 4.2 Test
Put the instrument in the test box (room), then raise the temperature of the test box (room) to the specified value at an average temperature change rate of less than 1℃/min, and keep it for 8h.
4.3 Recovery
After the test, the instrument remains in the test box (room), and the temperature of the test box (empty) is lowered to normal (or reference) environmental conditions at an average temperature change rate of less than 1℃/min. The recovery time is 8h. 4.4 Final inspection
Inspect the instrument according to the relevant standards. GB/T11606.15—1989 “Analytical Instrument Environmental Test Method High Temperature Storage Test” Amendment No. 1 This amendment was approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on July 19, 2000 in the document [2000] No. 108, and will be implemented on December 1, 2000. 1. Add one more article between the original Articles 4.1 and 4.2, which is numbered as Article 4.2. 4.2 Initial Inspection
Inspect the instrument according to the relevant standards. 2. The order of the original Article 4.2 and the following articles shall be modified accordingly.
