This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of friction brick presses. This standard is a revision of ZB36200S876 Shuangyiku banned brick press room type and basic parameters>, and the major technical contents are different from the original standard as follows:
The name is collected as rate-moving type brick press and basic parameters, and the basic parameters of combined brick press are added;
It follows the R5 system of the advanced numerical control system, retains the specifications of nominal force 630kN, 100)kN, 1600kN, 2500kN, 400kN, 63CGkN and 1000CkN, and adds the specifications of nominal force 1e000kN and 25000kN; cancels the specifications of nominal force 3150kN, 5000kN and 8000kN, and replaces the brick-discharging method of the machine-discharging brick-breaking machine. This standard will replace ZBJ6208-87 from the date of entry into force. This standard is issued and managed by the National Forging Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The originator of this standard is Liaoyang Yinzhou Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The main author of this standard is Bai Jingjun.
This standard was first issued in April 1987.

This standard is applicable to the friction type brick press with bricks discharged from the machine and bricks discharged from the machine by fire. It is also applicable to the compound brick press with hydraulic pressure (hereinafter referred to as the standard).
2 Brick press with bricks discharged from the machine
2.1 The schematic diagram of the press with bricks discharged from the machine is shown in Figure 1.1
3.2 The basic numerical values of the single-span pressure-breaking method are determined by the National Bureau of Machinery Standards and Industry. Approved by the State Administration of Machinery Standards and Industry on December 1, 1998
