1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the magnetic field test conditions and test methods for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) under working conditions. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the instrument's resistance to external magnetic field interference. 2 Test conditions
2.1 Requirements for test equipment
2.1.1. The magnetic field intensity generated by the test equipment is calculated by the following formula: H=1.44In
-magnetic field intensity, A/m;
Where: H-bZxz.net
-current intensity passing through the toroidal coil, A; n--number of turns of the toroidal wire;
D-average diameter of the toroidal coil, m.
2.1.2 The test equipment can generate a magnetic field of at least 400A/m. 2.1.3 The bracket of the test equipment and the materials for fixing the coil are all made of non-magnetic materials. GB11606.9-89
2.2 Requirements for test instruments
When the working space of the test equipment is not enough to test the whole machine, if the instrument allows, the test can be done separately in the form of a sub-machine. 3 Magnetic field strength
The magnetic field strength is 400A/m. It can also be determined according to the manufacturer's regulations. 4 Test method
4.1 Initial inspection
Inspect the instrument according to the relevant standards. 4.2 Test
4.2.1 The instrument is tested in the working state. 4.2.2 The instrument is placed in a uniform magnetic field, and the relative positions of the coil and the instrument are changed to maximize the influence of the magnetic field on the instrument. The instrument is inspected under this stable condition. The test duration is specified by the manufacturer. 4.3 Final inspection
After disconnecting the coil current, the performance of the instrument is inspected according to the relevant standards. Details to be specified when citing this standard
