Steel wires should be inspected and accepted in batches. Each batch should consist of wires of the same brand, strength level and diameter. 7.3 Retest
The retest of steel wire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2103, with two tensile strength specimens and two torsion specimens. If one of the test results is unqualified, the unqualified item can be retested. At this time, a certain length should be removed from both ends of the steel wire coil and two specimens should be retested. The results must comply with the provisions of this standard. 8 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
The packaging, marking and quality certificate of steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB 2103. The packaging type shall comply with the requirements of Class I and II. Other types shall be indicated in the contract.

Twist times (not less than)
When twisting, the steel wire shall be within the specified twist times, and there shall be no visible cracks and delamination on the surface. 5.3.2 Winding
The steel wire shall be wound according to the provisions of Table 1. The surface of the sample after winding shall not produce dust, cracks or fractures. Table 4

Twist times
Steel wire with a diameter greater than 6.00mm shall be subjected to bending inspection. No cracks or fractures shall be produced on the surface of the sample after bending. 5.4 Surface quality
The surface of the pin wire shall be smooth and shall not have cracks, folds, thorns, rust or other harmful defects. However, individual small pulls and lubricating coatings with a depth not exceeding half of the diameter tolerance are allowed.
Test methods
The inspection methods, sampling quantity and test requirements for steel wire inspection items shall comply with the provisions of the table. No.

Test requirements
The twisting number is the times of the wire diameter. When
The clamp is larger or smaller than 1D0
times of the wire diameter, the twisting number is proportional to the distance from the head to the head. In this case, it should be converted into the twisting number of 10D times the wire diameter.
R=10mm round
GB2976
