4 Technical requirements
4.1 Materials and mechanical properties
The materials and mechanical properties of the steel shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

4.2 The chemical composition of the lock pattern and the lock groove pattern shall comply with the provisions of GB699 and GB700 respectively. The surface of the profile shall not be allowed to have cracks, scars, folds and inclusions. 4.3
Delivery status
The steel should be straight and no bending is allowed. The straightness (arch> error) on the cross section of the lock groove pattern shall not be greater than 1m1m. 4.4
4.5 The bending deformation or error of the profile shall not be greater than 0.8% of the total length. 4.6
The torsional deformation or error of the plastic steel shall not be greater than 2\/5m. The profile shall not have obvious rotation with the parts. 1.7

After the two ends of the steel are cut off, serious local deformation is not allowed. 4.8 On the surface of the steel, there shall be no shrinkage residues, delamination, cracks and similar debris visible to the naked eye. 4.9
The level of oxides and sulfonates contained in the lock ring steel shall not be lower than level 3.0. The intersection of the arc and the straight line of the steel profile shall be smooth. The roughness R. value of the steel surface is 50μm.
The delivery length of the steel profile shall comply with the following provisions. 4.12.1
The total length L of the steel profile is calculated as follows:

Before leaving the factory, the steel section should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the rolling mill in accordance with this standard. Steel sections should be inspected and accepted in batches.
The sampling quantity for steel section inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The judgment rules for steel sections shall comply with the provisions of GB2101. When there are special requirements for acceptance, the user and the manufacturer shall agree. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking and packaging of steel sections shall comply with the provisions of GB2101. It is strictly forbidden to bend steel sections during transportation and storage, and rain and moisture-proof measures shall be taken. Test method
