Measurement of the fuel tank before assembly, and detection of all surfaces of the fuel tank in contact with the fuel. 5 Preparation work
5.1 According to the provisions of Chapter 5 of JB/T7158, make preparations for the personnel, environment and supplies before the determination. 5.2 The area around the fuel tank filling hole must be cleaned, and no external dirt should fall into the fuel tank during cleaning. 6 Collection of impurities
6.1 Remove the fuel tank filling hole cover without letting dirt fall into the fuel tank. 6.2 Inject cleaning fluid (NY-120 solvent oil) from the filling hole, and the injection amount shall be in accordance with the provisions of the table below. Install the oil filling hole cover, seal the other holes, lift the tank body with a lifting device and shake it fully, then pour the cleaned mixed liquid into the container. L

6.3 Use a magnet to suck out the iron filings remaining in the fuel tank, remove other impurities, and then rinse it clean. Pour these remaining impurities and turbid liquid into the container.
6.4 Wash various utensils so that all the impurities on them are flushed into the turbid liquid. 6.5 Pour all the turbid liquid used to clean the fuel tank body and utensils into the same clean container for measurement. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on November 21, 1993

7 Determination of impurities
7.1 Filtration
Turbid liquid filtration is divided into full liquid filtration and sampling filtration. JB/T7157—93
7.1.1 Full liquid filtration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.1.1 of JB/T7158. 7.1.2 Sampling filtration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.1.2 of JB/T7158. 7.2 Drying and weighing
Drying and weighing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7.2.1 to 7.2.3 of JB/T7158; cleanliness calculation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.3. 8
Impurity analysis
Impurity analysis shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8 of JB/T7158. Test report
