3.2 Thickness gauge
GB8809-88
The thickness gauge shall comply with the provisions of GB6672 "Mechanical measurement method for the determination of thickness of plastic film and sheet". 4 Specimenswww.bzxz.net
4.1 Specimen cutting
Specimens shall be cut uniformly in the width direction of the film with qualified appearance, with an external dimension of 100mm×100mm or a diameter of 100mm. The number of specimens in each group is 10.
4.2 Conditioning of specimens
The specimens shall be placed in an environment with a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of 45% to 55% for at least 4 hours, and the test shall be carried out in this environment. 5 Test steps
5.1 Measure the thickness of the sample according to GB6672. Measure one point at the center of each sample and take the arithmetic mean of the test results of 10 samples. 5.2 Select the punch according to the required pendulum impact energy of the sample so that the reading is between 10% and 90% of the full scale. 5.3 Calibrate the instrument according to the instrument usage rules.
5.4 Place the sample flat in the clamp and clamp it. The sample should not have wrinkles or excessive tension around it. The impact surfaces of the 10 samples should be consistent.
5.5 Move the pointer to the maximum scale, quickly release the hook of the pendulum, let the pendulum impact the sample, and record the reading. 6 Results
6.1 The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the pendulum impact energy of 10 samples. Accurate to 0.02J. 6.2 Calculate the standard deviation S according to the following formula when necessary. S
