4 Technical requirements

The winch shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The winch shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and JB8515. 4.3
The electrical equipment of the winch shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T3836.1 The interchangeability of the winch's wearing parts and common parts shall be guaranteed. 4.4
The raw materials, standard parts, purchased parts and outsourced parts used in the winch shall comply with the current relevant standards. JH-30
4.6 The gear accuracy of the gear transmission part of the winch shall comply with the 8th grade accuracy in GB/T10095: the cylindrical worm and worm wheel accuracy shall comply with the 8th grade in GBT10089.
There shall be no seepage or oil leakage at the sealing and joint surfaces of the winch. 4.8
When working at rated load, the temperature rise at the bearing and reducer shall not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃. 4.9
The transmission part of the winch shall have a protective device. The outer edge of the drum rope baffle shall be higher than the maximum winding diameter of the wire rope, and the higher value shall not be less than 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope. The noise value of the whole machine when the winch is working at rated load shall not be greater than 90dB(A). The winch shall be painted evenly without any defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, flow marks and cracks. 4.12
The cleanliness of the winch reducer shall meet the J-level requirements in JBT7929. The winch brake system shall be flexible and reliable when working. 4.14
4.15 The acoustic response of the winch shall be even when running, without obvious vibration. 4.16 Scope of supply of winch complete set:

5 Test method
5.1 The winch shall be subjected to various tests at rated voltage (tolerance is ±5%). 5.2 No-load test: The winch shall be operated continuously in forward and reverse directions at no-load for 15 minutes each, and the action, sound, vibration and leakage of each part shall be observed. 5.3 Load test: The winch shall be loaded gradually at 25%, 50% and 75% of the rated load until the rated load is reached. Each load test shall be conducted no less than five times, and the total test time shall be no less than 2 hours. 5.4 A dynamometer with an accuracy of no less than Class 2 shall be connected between the wire rope and the load to detect the maximum static tension of the wire rope. 5.5 After the winch load test, the cleanliness of the reducer shall be tested according to JB/T7929. After the winch load test, the oil temperature shall be checked with a thermometer. 5.6
5.7 The wire rope speed shall be tested by the photoelectric method using a photoelectric sensor and a photoelectric oscilloscope, or by a tachometer. Inspection rules
6.1 Each winch must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory, and a certificate of qualification must be attached. 6.2 The inspection of winches is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 During the factory inspection, no-load tests should be carried out on each unit, and the requirements of 4.1, 4.7, 4.12 and 4.14 should be met. 6.4 From the products that have passed the no-load test, at least two units of each specification shall be selected each year for load tests, and the requirements of 4.8, 4.11 and 4.13 shall be met.
6.5 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) New winches developed or trial-made type identification during factory production; b) After formal production, if the design, process or material of the winch has changed significantly, which may affect its performance; c) When the winch is stopped for more than 3 years and production is resumed; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.6 The content of type inspection shall include all requirements of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each winch should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous and appropriate position. The type and size of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the content should include:
a) winch name and model;
b) main technical parameters:
e) manufacturer's name:
d) manufacturing date, factory number;
e) trademark.
7.2 The packaging of the winch should comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T13384, and the packaging storage and transportation graphic labels should comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 7.3 The winch should be protected from collision damage during transportation. 7.4 The oil seal of the winch is valid for 1 year from the date of shipment. The winch should be stored in a moisture-proof and ventilated place, and must not be stored in the open air, and must not come into contact with corrosive items and heat sources. 7.5
