JB/T 2302-1999 This standard is a revision of JB 2302-78 "Double-barrel mesh filter types, parameters and dimensions". During the revision, the flange connection dimensions were modified according to JB/T 79.1-94 "Raised integral cast steel pipe flange". This standard specifies the types, parameters and dimensions of double-barrel mesh filters. This standard is applicable to double-barrel mesh filters that filter lubricating oil in the thin oil lubrication system of heavy-duty and mining equipment. 3 Structural Type
Convex Integral Cast Steel Pipe Flange
3.1 The double-cylinder mesh filter type with a nominal diameter of 32, 40mm is shown in Figure 1, and the double-cylinder mesh filter type with a nominal diameter of 50~150mm is shown in Figure 2.
3.2 The double-simple mesh filter consists of two groups of filtering devices and a six-way reversing valve. When working, one group is filtering and the other group is standby. 4 Parameters and Dimensions
The parameters and dimensions of the double-simple mesh filter shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 2 and Figures 1 and 2. Table 1
