Summary:
JB/T 3711.2-1999 This standard is a revision of JB 3711.1-84 "Graphic Symbols for Centralized Lubrication Systems". During the revision, editorial changes were made in accordance with relevant regulations and graphic symbols for oil-gas systems and filters were added. This standard specifies the unified graphic symbols used in the graphics of centralized lubrication systems, the preparation of instructions and various technical documents. This standard is applicable to the graphic symbols of centralized lubrication systems in scientific research, engineering and technical documents, and publications. This standard is a revision of JB3711.2-84 "Graphic Symbols for Centralized Lubrication Systems". JB3711.2-84 is equivalent to DIN24271/2-82 "Graphic Symbols for Centralized Lubrication Systems". Compared with JB3711.2-84, the main technical content changes of this standard are: adding graphic symbols of oil-gas system and filter. At the same time, the original standard has been edited. Appendix A of this standard is a prompt appendix.
This standard replaces JB3711.2-84 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Metallurgical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Taiyuan Lubrication and Hydraulic Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Mao Jiping, Dai Guoqiang, Li Youquan, Li Weimin This standard was first issued in June 1984.

Instructions for the use of graphic symbols
A1 The graphic symbols specified in this standard are mainly used to draw the schematic diagram of the lubrication system with lubricating oil and grease as lubricants. 2 This standard only specifies the basic symbols of various lubrication components, as well as some commonly used symbols of other related devices. A2
A3 The symbol only indicates the function of the component and the channel connecting the system, but does not indicate the specific structure and parameters of the component, the specific position of the system pipeline and the installation position of the component
A4 The component symbols are all represented by the static position or the zero position. Exceptions can be made when the action of the component system is otherwise specified. A5 The arrangement of symbols in the system diagram, except for directional component symbols (such as oil tanks, instruments, etc.), can be drawn horizontally or vertically according to the specific situation.
A6 The name, model and parameters of the components (such as pressure, flow, power and pipe diameter, etc.) are generally indicated in the component table of the system diagram, and can be marked next to the component symbol when necessary.
A7 For graphic symbols not specified in this standard, the corresponding graphic symbols in GB/T786.1 can be used. If there is no provision in GB/T786.1, it can be derived according to the principles of this standard and the regularity of the listed legends. When it is impossible to derive, or it is necessary to specifically explain the structure and operating principle of an important component in the system, it is allowed to use a structural diagram to represent it locally. A8 The size of the symbol should be based on the principle of clarity and beauty, and should be handled as appropriate according to the size of the drawing, but the proportion of the graphic itself should be appropriately maintained. 10
