This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions and technical requirements of 130° glass elbows. This standard is applicable to 180° glass elbows with nominal pressure (PN) equal to or less than 1.0MPa and medium temperature: -20℃ to 200℃ for type A elbows and -10℃ to 200℃ for type B and type C elbows. 2 Reference Standards

3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 The steel 180° elbow (type A) for glass-breaking connected by a slip-joint flange shall be in accordance with the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1.

4.1 Material selection, manufacturing, testing and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with ZBG94004 and this standard. 4.2 The steel pipes in the A-type elbows shall be manufactured and accepted according to the requirements of YB231. 4.3 Manufacturing tolerance and allowable deviation 4.3.1 For B-type and C-type elbows, the materials shall be set according to the relevant provisions of GB9439. 4.3.2 The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the bolt hole on the flange of C-type elbow and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm. 4.3.3 The tolerance grade of the unmarked tolerance size of the machined surface shall be IT14 grade specified in GB1804, and the tolerance grade of the unmarked tolerance size of the non-machined surface shall be IT16 grade. The allowable deviation of the length L of the elbow of HG/T2135 shall be as specified in Table 4. Table 4

4.4 The slip-on flanges used for type A and type B elbows shall be selected in accordance with HG/T2105. 125~200
4.5 Bolts for flange connection: When PN is greater than 0.6MPa and less than or equal to 1.0MPa, follow the provisions of GB5782; when PN is less than or equal to 0.6MPa, follow the provisions of GB5780, nuts follow the provisions of GB6170, and gaskets are selected in accordance with relevant standards. 4.6 The water pressure test pressure and the maximum working pressure at different temperatures shall be selected in accordance with Table 5. A collision is prohibited during handling and transportation
The exposed pond glass surface is sealed with a soft gasket and a blind plate. Products should be stored indoors, and outdoor storage or stacking is not allowed. 5.4
