Igniter for magnetoes
19-08-06 Issued
State Administration of Machinery Industry
2000-01-01 The implementation of this standard is to modify the JB/T8123.2-95 capacitor discharge electronic switch test method for magnetoelectric motors. Compared with JB/T8123.2-95, this standard has the following technical modifications: According to JB/T5140-1 motor terminology, the switch is changed to igniter. The high and low temperature triggering characteristic inspection is cancelled. The open circuit test is cancelled. The impulse test is cancelled. The drop test is added. This standard replaces JB/18123.2-95 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by Tianjin Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute and drafted by Tianjin Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute. The main drafters of the standard are Ren Lihuan, Zheng Hongmai, and Tao Junwei. The standard was first issued in 1989.

The provisions contained in the following standards become the provisions of this standard through the reference tree in the vehicle standard: When this standard is published, the ones shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and the parties using the standards should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 1/8123.1-1999 Technical conditions for ignition of electric stoves 3 Test environment
The performance test of the igniter shall be carried out under the following test conditions: a) Medium temperature: 18~28%,
h) Relative viscosity: 45%~75%:
c) Average pressure: B6~106kPa.
4 Acid test method
4.T Appearance inspection
Use daily test to inspect the appearance of the ignition solution and it shall comply with the provisions of 3.3 of 123.11999. 4.2 Insulation inspection
Use 500V megohmmeter The insulation voltage between the lead pin (wire) and the shell should comply with the provisions of 34 in JB/T$123.1-1999. 4.3 Continuous ignition performance inspection
The igniter and the magnetic cable are installed on the test bench 1:, the high-voltage cable is connected to the three-pin discharger, and the minimum continuous ignition speed is measured according to the provisions of 3.5 in 8123.1-1. The speed is increased to the maximum speed, and the continuous ignition situation is checked. No misfire is allowed. 4.4 Ignition advance inspection
The ignition advance angle measured on the test bench should comply with the provisions of 3.6 in 8123.1-1999. 4.5 Frequency vibration test
The igniter is connected to the test bench in the correct installation position, and fixed on the test bench. In the non-working state, the test is carried out according to the provisions of 3.7 in 8123.1-1999: Repeat the appearance and continuous ignition performance inspection after the test. 4.6 Drop test According to the provisions of 3.8 of T823.1-1999, place the igniter freely at a height of 1m above the mixing ground. For each igniter, check its appearance and continuous ignition performance. Approved by the Bureau of Machinery Industry on 19-08-06
Implemented on 2000-01-01
4.7 High temperature test
JB/TB123.2-1999
The igniter is placed in a temperature chamber (6+?!) and works together with the magneto installed outside the temperature chamber. The pole distance is specified in Table 1 of R1231-1. After the magneto runs at the maximum speed (% of the speed) for 2h, the appearance and performance of the system are immediately checked.
4.A Low temperature testwww.bzxz.net
When the ignition motor is not in operation, the temperature is changed to the low temperature of (-20±3)9 for 2 hours. The temperature is taken from the low temperature chamber at 3m Repeat the appearance and continuous ignition performance inspection in 4.9 Wet heat test
When the igniter is not in working state, put it into the constant temperature and constant display box, the temperature reaches 150±2:, the humidity reaches 90%-55%, and it lasts for [h. Then take it out from the constant temperature and humidity box, and stop 5mm from the appearance to the continuous ignition performance inspection. Before the inspection, it is allowed to wipe the water dew on the surface of the igniter, except for special requirements. 4.10 Overspeed test
According to the provisions of 3.9 of IB 8122.1-1999, the igniter and the matching motor are installed on the test bench, and the three-pin pole is connected to the specification of B8123.1-1999+Table 1. The maximum speed is 1.2 (for chainsaws, it is 1.33, and the speed is After continuous operation for 3 minutes, repeat the appearance and continuous ignition performance inspection.
4. Temperature change test
The igniter is placed in a temperature box at a temperature of (-40±3) for 1 hour in a non-operating state, and then moved to a high temperature box at (80±21) for 1 hour. The above process is one cycle. A total of 5 cycles are performed. After the last cycle is completed, the product is taken out of the test box and placed at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Re-check the appearance and continuous ignition performance. 4.12 Mixed water test
According to 3.11 of B123.1-19, the igniter is placed in a water with a depth of 200mm in a non-operating state. After 2 hours, it is taken out of the water. In addition to the appearance and continuous ignition performance inspection and special requirements, it is allowed to lift the igniter surface before inspection, and remove special changes. 4.13 Strengthened durability test
The igniter is equipped with a magneto and the following provisions are carried out: a! The three-pin polarity is in accordance with the provisions of Table 1 in 1R/T9123.1-1999, plus 1min: b) Weekly temperature: (60+2):
t) During continuous operation: Run at the highest speed for 120h (the highest speed for vehicles is 20h, and the operation time is 3000r/min, which is [a cycle, and a total of 5 cycles are carried out". After the test, place it at the temperature for more than 2h, and repeat the external and continuous ignition performance inspection:
