2 test methods
GB 8738-88bZxz.net
2.1 The arbitration analysis method for the chemical composition of the ingot shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 2.2 The chemical composition can only analyze the main components and iron, lead and cadmium. Other elements shall be analyzed regularly, but it must be ensured that they meet the requirements of this standard.
2.3 The surface quality shall be checked with the naked eye
2.4 The fracture structure inspection can be carried out by breaking any ingot from each batch of ingots and inspecting with the naked eye. 3 Inspection rules
3.1 Inspection and acceptance
3.1.1 The ingots shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard, and a quality certificate shall be filled in. 3.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be reported to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. . If arbitration is required, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly take samples at the buyer's side. 3.1.3 If the surface quality of the ingot does not meet the requirements of Article 1.3 of this standard, the ingot shall be unqualified. 3.2 Batches
Products shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same furnace number. It may also consist of multiple furnaces upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 3.3 Sampling rules
The sample for arbitration analysis shall be taken from any ingot from each batch of ingots, and three holes shall be drilled diagonally on its upper surface, with a drilling spacing of not less than 50mm and a drilling depth of % of the ingot thickness.
3.4 Repeated test
If the chemical composition and fracture structure inspection do not meet the requirements of this standard, double samples shall be taken from the batch of products for the items that do not meet the requirements of this standard for re-inspection. If one result still does not meet the requirements of this standard after re-inspection, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 4 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate The brand and furnace number shall be marked on each ingot. 4.1
4.2 Ingots are supplied in bulk. Wooden boxes or other containers may be used for packaging upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer. The weight of each box or piece shall not exceed 50kg. Ingots shall be stacked and transported according to brand names. Mixing of brands is not allowed. Prevent moisture from rain. 4.3
4.4 Ingots shall be accompanied by a quality certificate upon leaving the factory, which shall indicate: a.
Supplier name or code;
Product name, brand and registered trademark;
Chemical composition analysis results and stamp of the technical supervision department; Batch or furnace number;
Weight of each batch or furnace;
