Weigh about 2 grams of sample (precision 0.1g of sugar), crush it, put it in a test tube specified in GB/T1722, add 0.2g (precision 0.1g) of pure extract, then cover it, shake the test tube continuously at 20-25 degrees, and allow the resin to dissolve within 15 minutes, then measure according to the method specified in GB/T1722. 4.3 Determination of softening point
The softening point shall be determined according to the provisions of the elution method in GB/T9284. 4.4 Determination of solubility
4.4.1 Reagents
4.4.1.1 Tung oil (GB 8277): grade 4.4.1.2 200 Solvent gasoline: industrial grade.
4.4.2 Apparatus
4.4.2.1 Beaker: 100 mL.bzxZ.net
4.4.2.2 Pan balance: sensitivity 0.1 g
4.4.3 Determination steps
Weigh 5 g of sample (accurate to 0.1 g) and 10 g of tung oil (accurate to 0.1 g), place them in a 100 mL beaker and stir at t0 min. Heat to 240°C to melt it completely, then cool to room temperature and dilute with 15% 200% solvent gasoline. Visually observe whether it is transparent and whether there are obvious colloidal particles.
4.5-Determination of acid value
4.5.1 Reagents and materials
4.5.1.1 Potassium hydroxide (GB/T2306): analytical grade. 4.5.1.2 Anhydrous ethanol (GB/T678): analytical grade 4.5.1.3 Extraction (GB/T 690): analytical grade 4.5.1.4 Toluene (GB/T684): analytical grade 4.5.1.5 Potassium hydrogen o-benzenecarboxylate (GB1257): reference reagent, 4.5.1.6 Phenolic acid indicator ethanol solution: 10/L 4.5.1.7 Basic blue 6B indicator: 7.5g/L ethanol solution, refluxed for 0.5 h, cooled and filtered to obtain the filtrate 4.5.1.8 Benzene-ethanol neutral solution (or toluene-ethanol neutral solution): 2:1 (V/V), 4.5.1.9 Hydroxide-ethanol standard solution: c(KOH)=0.1mol/L Preparation: Weigh about 7g of potassium hydroxide into a beaker, dissolve it with a small amount of anhydrous ethanol, and dilute it to 1000mL. Let it stand for 3-4 days. Use a blood transfusion tube to absorb the upper clear liquid into a sealed container for later use. Calibration: According to 4.1.2 of GB/T 601 4.5.2 Instruments
4.5.2.1 Analytical balance: sensitivity 0.1mg, 4.5.2.2 Erlenmeyer flask: 150mL.
4,5.2.3 Alkali burette: 25mL,
4.5.3 Determination steps
Weigh about 1g of the sample (accurate to 0.1mg) in a Erlenmeyer flask, add 50mL (the amount can be increased appropriately when the sample color is dark) of benzene-ethanol neutral solution (or formaldehyde-ethanol neutral solution). If it is difficult to dissolve, heat it in a water bath. After it is dissolved and transparent, cool it to room temperature and add 2 to 3 drops of basic blue 6B indicator. Titrate with potassium hydroxide-ethanol standard solution until the blue color disappears and turns slightly red and does not disappear within 10 seconds.
4.5.4 Calculation and expression of test results
4.5.4.1 The acid value is calculated according to the following formula:
IGT2705-95
Wherein: K is the acid value of the sample, mg K0/g; c* Vx56.1
t——concentration of potassium hydroxide-ethanol standard solution, moi/L; V is the amount of potassium hydroxide-ethanol standard solution used for titration, mL; 56.1——molar mass of potassium hydroxide, g/mol; m
——sample mass, 9.
4.5.4.2 The test result is expressed as the arithmetic mean of two parallel test results. The difference between two parallel test results shall not exceed 0.4 ng KOH/ g.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each batch is a batch of products that have been mixed and homogenized for one batch or several batches. 5.2 The number of sampling units shall be in accordance with Table 2 of GB/T6678. The sampling unit is calculated by package or packaging bag. The sampling method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6679. Mix the selected samples carefully, and then take out 500-600g from the mixed samples and pack them in two clean and dry bottles and seal them. Indicate the product name, batch number, production date, and sampling date. One bottle is used for analysis and testing, and the other bottle is used as a spare.
5.3 Each batch of products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements specified in this standard and be accompanied by a quality inspection report, which includes the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, production date, and is stamped with the factory inspection stamp and the inspection personnel stamp.
5.4 The physical and chemical properties in Table 1 of 3.1 and 3.2 of this standard are all factory inspection items. 5.5 If the user unit needs to inspect the received products: it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If re-inspection is required, it should be submitted to the manufacturer within three months of receiving the product.
5.6 If a technical requirement of the inspection result does not meet the provisions of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging in the batch of products, and the unqualified items should be re-inspected, and the grade should be determined based on the re-inspection results. 5.7 When the supply and demand parties have any disagreement on the product quality, the two parties shall negotiate to resolve it, or ask the statutory quality supervision and inspection department to arbitrate. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
Each packaging bag shall have a clear and firm mark indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, net weight and this standard number. 6.2 Packaging
The product shall be packaged in a clean and dry galvanized iron barrel, the packaging barrel cover shall be strictly sealed, and there shall be an outer cover. The net weight of each barrel is 130kg: or packaged in a three-layer kraft paper bag, covered with a polypropylene woven bag, and the bag mouth is sealed with a sewing machine. The net weight of each bag is 50kg. Each package shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which shall indicate the batch number, grade and production date. 6.3 Transportation
During transportation, this product should be protected from exposure to sunlight. This product is non-hazardous.
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from fire and heat sources. The product has a storage period of one year from the date of production in the original sealed packaging. If the storage period exceeds the storage period, it can be retested according to the provisions of this standard. If it meets the quality requirements, it can still be used.
