Temperature control box
The test sample is made into a cylindrical shape with a diameter-to-height ratio of U.3~~(.5), as shown in Figure 1. The test sample is placed in the temperature control box so that the resonance is in a controlled state. The resonance is found on the oscilloscope at the same time. The harmonic source frequency and the test temperature are read from the mathematical frequency counter. The temperature is measured from 200 to 65°C. Each product is tested for 1000 times a group of data. After each test, keep it constant for more than 45 minutes and press The performance excess frequency coefficient Tff
