This standard specifies the types and dimensions, technical requirements and acceptance rules of general-purpose and cross-fort paddy field plow-type side plates. This standard is applicable to general-purpose and cross-fort paddy field plow-type side plates. 2 Referenced standards

3 Types and dimensions
3.1 General-purpose plow side plates
3.1.1 General-purpose plow side plates are divided into two types: front plow side plates and rear type side plates. The rear plow side plate is used for the last plow body of the single-plow type and multi-plow. The front side plate is used for the other plow bodies of the multi-plow except the rear one. 3.1.2 The dimension tolerance of the universal front and rear plow side plates shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. Two @Φ11 connection mounting holes are allowed to adopt other types, but universal interchangeability must be guaranteed. The types and dimensions of the C-25 Shenbao type plow side plates are shown in Appendix A (Suggested Appendix). 3.2

Universal type side plate
4.1 Type side plate shall be made of QT450-10 material specified in GB/T1348. 4.2T surface shall be hardened, and the depth of hardened layer shall be 2~3mm. 4.3 The surface shall be straight and smooth, and casting defects such as bulges are not allowed. 5 Acceptance rules
5.1 The plow side panels must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's technical inspection department before they can be assembled or shipped out of the factory. 5.2 The ordering unit can conduct random inspections on the side panels according to this standard, and the number of random inspections shall be negotiated by both parties. If there are unqualified ones in the random inspection results, the number shall be doubled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified ones, they will not be accepted. 6 Marking and packaging
6.1 When the side panels are shipped, they should be coated with rust-proof agent and tied into groups firmly and neatly, and then packaged and shipped. 6.2 Each package should be accompanied by the following documents and marks: a) Plow side panel code and quantity;
b) Quality inspection certificate;
c) Factory batch number;
d) Manufacturer's name.
