Table!
4.1 Products should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. MM32
4.2 Parts that are in direct contact with food should be made of stainless steel or materials proven to be harmless to the human body by the health department. 4.3 The hardness of the meat grinding plate and the meat grinding knife shall not be less than 45HRC and 47HRC respectively, and the difference in hardness value shall not be less than 2HRC. 4.4 Electrical appliances should have good insulation properties in cold conditions. 4.4.1 The applied voltage is 1.06 times the rated voltage, and the leakage current shall not be greater than 0.75mA. 4.4.2 The insulation resistance shall not be lower than 2M0.
4.4.3 When 50Hz, 1250V voltage is applied, flashover or breakdown shall not occur. 4.5 The power supply lead wire should have a clamping device and an insulating sleeve. The effective length of the power supply wire should be ≥ 2.5m. The color of the ground power supply and the ground terminal should comply with the relevant standards; the plug should comply with the regulations of GB1002, GB/T1003 and GB2099.1. Export products are subject to contract requirements. All parts and components should be inspected and qualified before assembly. 4.6
4.7 No leakage of lubricating oil is allowed.
4.8 All purchased parts shall comply with the requirements of national and current relevant standards. 4.9 When the meat grinder is running under no-load conditions, the noise is ≤80dB(A). 4.10 The coating of electroplated parts should be smooth, dense, uniform in color, and free of defects such as spots, pinholes, bubbles, and peeling. The paint film of the exterior paint should be firmly adherent, smooth and bright, with uniform color and no obvious defects such as paint bleeding or wrinkles. 4.11 | The lean-to-fat ratio of pork is about 6:4, and its mass is accurate to the g.
5.1.2 Continuously and evenly feed the processed meat strips until complete, cut off the power and record the end time. 5.1.3 Use a Φ8 meat grinder to grind meat. The output of minced meat should comply with the requirements in Table 1. Take out 20g of meat cubes from the four corners and the middle of the minced meat. After mixing, take out 20 meat cubes and weigh it. No more than 12g. 5.2 For the hardness of the meat grinding knife and the meat grinding plate, use a Rockwell hardness tester to measure three points on the plus T. surface, and take the average value. It should comply with the provisions of 4.3. 5.3 The measurement of leakage current, insulation resistance and withstand voltage test in cold state shall be carried out according to the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 2
5.4 Noise measurement method
JB/T4412—1999
5.4.1 Place the meat grinder on a stable platform covered with a 10mm thick elastic cushion. 5.4.2 Noise measurement is carried out under no load.
5.4.3 According to Figure 1, test three points 1m away from the center of the front, left and right surfaces of the machine body, and take the average value. It should meet the requirements of 4.9 Figure 1 Noise Measurement
6 Acceptance Rules
6.1 Products must be inspected by the factory quality inspection department to pass the inspection, and a product certificate must be issued before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Type inspection should be carried out when one of the following situations is met: a) Trial prototype identification of new products or old products transferred to factory production: b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, it may affect the quality of the product performance; c) During normal production, periodic inspections should be carried out regularly or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; d) When production is resumed after a long-term discontinuation of the product; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Product labels should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T13306, and their contents should include: a) product name and model;
b) rated voltage; ||tt ||c) Rated power;
d) Manufacturer’s name;
e) Factory date and factory number.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The meat grinder is packaged in a plastic film bag and placed in a cardboard box. Paper scraps or mats are stuffed in the box and tightly packed with bandaging tape. 7.2.2 The outer wall of the packaging box should be marked with storage and transportation signs such as Handle with Care, Upward, and Moisture-proof, and should comply with the regulations of GB191. 7.2.3 The outer wall of the packaging box should also be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, gross weight, volume and dimensions; the box should have instructions for use, certificates, spare parts and packing lists.
7.3 Transportation and storage
