This standard is specially formulated in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases". In case of any inconsistency between the original standard GB/T18200-2000 and this standard, this standard shall prevail.
This standard is used in conjunction with the reporting system for radiation diseases stipulated in the "Regulations on Health Management of Radiation Workers". This standard is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The main drafting unit of this standard: Institute of Radiation and Nuclear Safety Medicine, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The drafters of this standard are Tan Shaozhi, Chang Shiqin, Wang Youfan and Wang Jingying. 2 Requirements for filling in the "Occupational Radiation Disease Report Form", 2.2
2.2.1 About diagnosis
If a person suffers from two or more radiation diseases at the same time, only one report form shall be filled out. 2.2.2 Regarding exposure history
, the cause of exposure and a brief course of events should be stated. If it is external exposure, the type of radiation should be stated, whether it is whole-body or local, single or multiple exposure, or chronic low-dose exposure.
