4..1 The type and size of the seal shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.0.1 of Figure 40.1. 4.0.2 The seal sizes listed in Table 4.0.1 are applicable to the steel flanges of the A and B steel pipe outer diameter series specified in HG20592.

5 Technical requirements
5.0.1 The mechanical properties and chemical composition of the coating material shall comply with the requirements of the relevant standards, and its hardness value shall be as specified in Table 3.0.1.

5.0.2The thickness of the cladding layer metal material shall not be less than 0.2mmrm, hardness HBrk
5.0.3The filling material is asbestos rubber sheet, and its technical performance index shall comply with the provisions of XB450 or XB350 in GB3985. If the purchaser has special requirements, other suitable materials may be used, but it should be noted when ordering. 5.! .4The metal material of the cladding layer is generally a whole metal plate. If splicing is required, the number of splicing joints shall not exceed 3. The plate edge at the folding point should be cut into 15° and chlorine arc welding or gas welding should be used. The joint weld must be polished flush with the parent material. The weld is subjected to cold bending test according to the provisions of CB232. The bending radius is 1.5mm and the bending angle is 180. No cracks should appear at the weld of the cold bending specimen. 5.0.5 The limit deviation of gasket size is as specified in Table 5.0.5. The filling material should be filled evenly with materials of the same thickness, and the thickness should be consistent over the entire section. 5.. 6
The seal should be smooth and the table should not have radial penetration scratches, pressure and concave defects that affect the sealing performance. The positive shrinkage rate, elasticity rate, stress relaxation rate and leakage rate of the gasket should comply with the provisions of GB/T15601. 205
Marking and packaging
6.0.1 Gaskets shall be packed according to specifications and materials. A product quality inspection certificate shall be attached upon delivery, and each gasket shall be marked with the inner wear specified in 6.0.2.
