3.1 Qualification
Products submitted according to this specification should be qualified or finalized products. 3.2 Product shape and structure

The getter load should be pressed firmly. After the firmness test, the weight loss should be less than 0.3% of the powder weight. 3.7 Welding strength of bracket
Welding strength of getter bracket should not fall off after bending at the angle specified in GB9506.11. 3.8 Inhalation performance
Compared with the typical inhalation performance curve given in Appendix A (Supplement), the decrease of the corresponding value of the inhalation performance curve of various shapes of getters shall not exceed 20%.
4 Quality assurance provisions
4.1 Inspection responsibility
Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor shall be responsible for completing all inspections specified in this specification. If necessary, the ordering party or the grade appraisal agency has the right to inspect any inspection item described in the specification. 4.1.1 Qualification responsibility
All products must meet all requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of the specification. The inspection specified in this specification shall become an integral part of the contractor's entire inspection system or quality outline. If the contract includes inspection requirements not specified in this specification, the contractor shall also ensure that the products submitted for acceptance meet the contract requirements. Quality-Consistency Sampling It is not allowed to submit products that are known to be defective, nor can the ordering party be required to accept defective products. 4.2 Inspection ClassificationbZxz.net

4.3 Inspection Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, various inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB9506.1. 4.4 Identification Inspection
4.4.1 The identification inspection shall be carried out in a laboratory agreed by the relevant competent authorities, and the inspection samples shall be products produced by the equipment and processes normally used in production.
4.4.2 The samples for identification inspection shall be randomly selected from a production process. 4.4.3 The items, inspection sequence, number of samples to be inspected and the number of unqualified products allowed for identification inspection shall be in accordance with Table 5. Note: Samples that have passed the first group of tests shall continue to undergo the second group of tests, and the third group of tests shall be sampled separately. 4.4.4 Unqualified
Qualification approval shall be refused if the number of unqualified products exceeds the permissible number of unqualified products given in Table 5. 4.4.5 Maintaining qualification for qualification

In order to maintain qualification, the contractor shall submit a quality consistency inspection report to the qualification qualification unit every two years. The inspection shall be carried out using samples of the same model produced during this period. 4.5 Quality-Conformity Inspection
4.5.1 Inspection Batch
An inspection batch shall consist of metal products of the same design, manufactured under the same conditions (same materials, same process) and submitted for acceptance at one time.
4.5.2 Inspection Items
Quality conformity inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 6.

4.5.3 Sampling

Group A and Group C inspections are conducted according to GIR 179A, with the special inspection level of S-1 and the acceptable quality level (AOL) of 2.5, using a normal sampling plan.
Group B inspection sampling Two samples are randomly selected from an inspection batch (50mm for strip products), and no unqualified products are allowed.
4.5,3 Failure
If a batch is rejected, the contractor may take back the batch for rework to eliminate defects or remove unqualified products, and then resubmit for inspection. The resubmitted batch should be separated from the new batch and clearly marked as a resubmitted batch. 4.6 Inspection method
4.6.1 The outer dimensions of the product shall be inspected with a caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 4.6.2 The appearance of the product shall be inspected visually. 4.6.3 The loading capacity of the product shall be measured in accordance with GB 9506.9. 4.6.4 The pressing firmness of the product shall be measured in accordance with CB9506.10. 4.6.5 The welding strength of the product bracket shall be measured in accordance with GB9506.11. 4.6.6 The air absorption performance of the product shall be measured in accordance with CB9506.8 according to the activation conditions listed in Table 7. 4.6.7 The packaging of the product shall be visually inspected and shall comply with the provisions of this specification. 5 Delivery preparation
5.1 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

5.1.1 The product should be packaged in a sealed iron can (iron box) filled with dry nitrogen or dry silica gel, marked with: product, name of the manufacturer, code:
