This standard is a revision of ZBJ7600688 "Performance Test Methods for Cryogenic Liquid Containers". Compared with ZBJ7600688, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: "Foreword" has been added.

Performance test methods for cryogenic liquid containers This standard specifies the test methods for determining the performance of cryogenic liquid containers. This standard is applicable to the determination of the static daily evaporation rate of containers containing cryogenic liquefied gas. 2 Test instruments and equipment
2.1 Volumetric method

The maximum weighing capacity of the measuring scale shall not be greater than twice the weight of the container after filling with liquid, and the weighing error shall be ±0.5%. The measuring instrument shall be a qualified instrument verified by the metrology department and within the validity period. 2.3
3 Test conditions
The test medium shall be the storage medium specified in the design. 3.1
3.2 The liquid filling volume during the test shall not be less than half of the effective volume. 3.3 The test shall begin after the container is filled with liquid and left to stand for 48 hours, and the standing time may also be determined according to the specific situation. 3.4 The container test may be carried out in the production plant, or at the user or container use site. 4 Test steps

4.1.1 At the beginning of the test, measure the weight A of the liquid container, and after standing for 24 hours, measure the weight B of the container and make a record. 4.2 Volumetric method
4.2.1 The test is carried out on a special test bench, and the test system is shown in Figure 1. 4.2.2 From the beginning of the container test, record the liquid evaporation flow rate, ambient atmospheric pressure, flow meter outlet temperature, and ambient temperature once every hour, for a total of 24 times, and take the average value as the calculated value.
